Congress Bihar Jharkhand Bihar, Jharkhand weak in charge of Congress!

Congress needs a strong in-charge in Bihar and Jharkhand. A person in charge who can speak with authority to key alliance partners. Both the states have coalition governments, but the leading parties do not give any importance to the Congress. Congress has 19 MLAs in Bihar but has got two ministerial posts and that too without much importance. It is true that both RJD and JDU are major coalition majorities and they do not need any other party. Still Congress is needed electorally. Congress can make at least four ministers by creating pressure and that too with a good ministry. But Congress in-charge Bhaktacharan Das is unable to create any pressure.
Congress has put Avinash Pandey in charge of Jharkhand. But soon after he took over, instability started in the state. When attempts were made to topple the government, central agencies started tightening their noose against the chief minister and his family members. A few days later came the election of the National President of the Congress and all the general secretaries resigned. Chief Minister Hemant Soren brought Congress MLAs to deal with the political crisis. Now it seems that Congress MLAs are more loyal to the Chief Minister than the party high command. Although the Congress has four ministers, all four work independently and do not give any importance to the state organization. Meanwhile, many Congress MLAs are also rumored to be preparing to switch parties to contest the elections. They can go to Jharkhand Mukti Morcha or BJP.
