Both the leaders then inaugurated the newly designed hall of fame room where cricket and memories of the past are intertwined. Indian captain Rohit Sharma and Australian captain Steve Smith arrived on the field with their respective prime ministers and introduced them to the other players. Albanese spoke for some time with the best performer of the Australian tour, Nathan Lyon, while PM Modi congratulated all the Indian players with folded hands.
