According to media reports, the incident is from Gurugram Sector 53 police station. The head constable Praveen Kumar said that the incident happened in the afternoon. Ramesh was present at home with his wife when the incident took place.

It is said that while going to the balcony for some work, Ramesh suddenly slipped and fell down. When he fell down, the surrounding people gathered there. People rushed him to the hospital where he was declared brought dead. Meanwhile, the police was informed. Police recovered the body. In this entire incident, the family members have not suspected anyone, nor have they filed any complaint against anyone.

Relatives said that Ramesh had no problem. However, the police registered a case under Section 174 of CrPC and started investigation. Under this section of the CrPC, the police do this to find out the cause of death of a person. It investigates the real cause of death if the person died due to suspicious reasons. A big question has now arisen before the police whether Ramesh fell down suddenly or committed suicide.
