The new version of Jawa 42 has been launched for sale of only 100 bikes, what’s so special about it? Jawa 42 Tawang Edition launched in Arunachal Pradesh, India in just 100 units

Jawa 42 Tawang Edition: Jawa Yezdi Motorcycle has launched the Jawa 42 Tawang Limited Edition. Only 100 units of the exclusive bike will come up for sale in the market. At the same time, only people living in certain areas will be able to buy it.

Off-road bike maker Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has launched the limited edition Jawa 42. The company has launched the Jawa 42 Tawang version centered on Arunachal Pradesh. What’s special is that only 100 units of this edition came up for sale, which are already sold out. The Tawang version is Rs 20,000 more expensive than the Jawa 42 (ex-showroom price Rs 1,94,142). The Tawang version of Jawa 42 was launched on the occasion of Torgya festival in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh.  Tawang MLA Sering Tashi, Chief Minister's Commissioner Sonam Chombe, Adventure Tour Operators Association of India President Oken Taieng and Brigadier Bangidari Jawa presented the 42 Tawang Edition. Paying Rs 20,000 more for this version won't hurt as the company is offering a bronze medallion, a customized helmet and a riding jacket to customers who buy the Tawang version.  Besides, the special edition will also get accessories like headlight grille, bar-end mirrors, rear grab rail and crash guard. The Jawa 42 Tawang edition is based on the Jawa 42 Sports Allstar Black.  Jawa says the Tawang version is inspired by the lungta, a mythical wind horse.  According to the belief of this region this horse is a symbol of prosperity and good luck. Jawa has not made any changes to the engine of the Tawang version of the bike.  The company has powered it with the existing 293 cc liquid cooled single cylinder engine.  This bike comes with 6 speed gearbox.  Bikers who love off-riding will love this bike.  But this bike is launched only for the people of Arunachal Pradesh and its surrounding areas.
