Ola Electric They will be giving away a brand new electric scooter to 5 lucky customers. This e-scooter will be the special Ola S1 Holi Edition. The company’s CEO Bhavish Agarwal confirmed the matter.

Currently, Ola Electric is the top selling electric scooter with its S1 e-scooter. Last month it sold more than 17 thousand units of S1. Now the company is gearing up to launch a special Holi edition of the S1 through an online contest on Twitter.

How to get new Ola scooter

To get the new Ola electric scooter, you must have an S1 e-scooter. Current owners of the scooter have to post a picture or video where they can be seen celebrating Holi with an Ola scooter. Among the users whose posts will be the best, 5 winners will be given a new S1 Holi Edition scooter from Ola. However, Bhavish Agarwal did not clarify in his tweet whether the winners will have to pay to get this scooter or not.

Ola S1 Holi Edition Design and Features

The Ola S1 Holi Edition features the same design as the standard model. Although it has a multicolored body panel. The electric scooter also features smiley-shaped dual-pod LED headlights, indicator-mounted front apron, flat footboard, single-piece seat, grab rail, sleek LED taillamps.

Talking about the features, it will get a 7.0-inch touchscreen digital instrument cluster, which will support multiple connectivity options. Along with this, the e-scooter will get 12-inch designer alloy wheels.

Ola S1 Holi Edition range

The new Ola S1 Holi Edition will not have any changes in the machinery parts. It will get an IP67-rated 3kWh battery pack like the regular model, coupled to an 8.5kW electric motor. The company claims that the Ola S1 will get a range of up to 141 km on a single full charge.

Ola S1 Holi Edition Security

The new Ola scooter will feature disc brakes on front and rear wheels along with CBS (Combined Braking System) for better braking performance. It will use unidirectional forks at the front and a mono-shock unit at the rear end for suspension duties.

Ola Electric is yet to reveal the price of the S1 Holi Edition. 5 of its e-scooter models will be distributed to the winners of the contest on Twitter.
