Hyundai Alcazar 2023: South Korean auto company Hyundai has launched the new Alcazar in the Indian market. Bookings for the new SUV are already open and deliveries are likely to start from the end of this month It gets a new 1.5 liter turbo-petrol engine that replaces the 2.0 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine. Hyundai Alcazar is offered in four variants – 7 seater Prestige and Platinum, and 6 seater Platinum (O) and Signature (O). Talking about the prices, the 7-seater Prestige is priced at Rs 16.74 lakh ex-showroom, the 7-seater Platinum at Rs 18.65 lakh, the 6-seater Platinum (O) at Rs 19.96 lakh and the Signature (O) at Rs. 20.25 lakhs. 1.5 liter turbo-petrol engine with start-stop technology is introduced. The company claims that the SUV will deliver a mileage of 18kmpl in the DCT and 17.5 kmpl in the manual gearbox option. The Alcazar also gets a new grill and new puddle lamps. Hyundai’s SUV will compete with the likes of Hector Plus, Innova Hycross, Tata Safari and Mahindra XUV700 in the Indian market.
